April Volunteer workDay

Come on out to volunteer with SCRG to improve a Commerce City portion of the greenway!

Weather permitting, we’ll be meeting at the Dahlia Trail Head in Commerce City to paint a large wall and set of steps as well as mulch the bases of some trailhead pine trees that are struggling to retain moisture in their soil.

Come out to help us maintain this access point to the trail, and ensure it remains in good repair for all those wishing to use it!

Date: Saturday, April 1st (no joke!)

Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Come for as long or little as you like!)

Where:

  • Address: 49000 Sandcreek Dr. Commerce City, 80022

  • Park at the paved trailhead at the intersection of Sand Creek Drive and E. 56th Avenue. This is just south of the Vasquez Boulevard exit off of I-270.

  • The parking lot has two ADA dedicated parking spaces

  • No bathrooms available, water provided

Register for the event here.
