Join us for Happy Hour on December 6th!

October 31, 2017

From 3-8pm on December 6th 2017, come join the Sand Creek Regional Greenway Partnership at the Denver Bicycle Cafe. Denver Bicycle Cafe is hosting a benefit happy hour from us, which means that $1 from every beer sold will come back to the Sand Creek Regional Greenway Partnership. Bring some friends and come join in on the fun! We will have some prizes and giveaways too!

Part of the fun: we’ve added a book signing and hike by the author of Urban Hiking: Denver, Chris Englert!  Chris will lead a hike from the Denver Bicycle Cafe at 3:30! And throughout the afternoon and evening, she’ll be available to sign her books (and will have them for sale at a discount!) And four of the hikes in the book are along our Sand Creek Greenway!

About the Greenway

The Sand Creek Regional Greenway is a jewel in the necklace of trails that has made Denver a national model for linked trail systems.

This 14-mile public greenway connects the High Line Canal in Aurora, Colorado with the South Platte River Greenway in Commerce City. Along the way, it passes through northeast Denver and the new Stapleton community.

The Sand Creek Regional Greenway is open every day from dawn until dusk. Runners, walkers, nature viewers, horseback riders, and leashed dogs are encouraged to enjoy the trail. We invite you to become acquainted with our wilderness in the city.
