Here at Sand Creek, we have the exciting opportunity to add a member to our team!  Collaborating with organizations, communities, and youth through Next Generation, we hope to maximize our impact in environmental education in Colorado!

The Next Generation Partners Manager and Volunteer/Event/Office Coordinator of the Sand Creek Regional Greenway Partnership (SCRGP) shall be responsible for Next Generation Partner programming and office management, volunteer and event coordination, and communications/outreach associated with the operation of a not-for-profit corporation 501 (c) (3). The primary purpose of the position is to assist the Executive Director to carry out the directives of the Board of Directors to fulfill the mission, goals, and objectives set forth by the SCRGP and other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

About the Greenway

The Sand Creek Regional Greenway is a jewel in the necklace of trails that has made Denver a national model for linked trail systems.

This 14-mile public greenway connects the High Line Canal in Aurora, Colorado with the South Platte River Greenway in Commerce City. Along the way, it passes through northeast Denver and the new Stapleton community.

The Sand Creek Regional Greenway is open every day from dawn until dusk. Runners, walkers, nature viewers, horseback riders, and leashed dogs are encouraged to enjoy the trail. We invite you to become acquainted with our wilderness in the city.
